Why does this process exist? What could stop it succeeding? How do we know the controls work? These are the questions I bring into training, implementation and auditing.
An ISO standard becomes useful when it helps people make better decisions at work.
Talk to the people doing the work. Can they explain the purpose, the risks and what to do when things change?
Check the documents and records. Do they give useful direction and reliable evidence of what happened?
Go to the workplace. Observe the process, follow the evidence and see whether the controls actually work.

03 / THE PERSON BEHIND THE WORK
I know what it is like to be responsible for the system while the real work keeps moving.
My career started in manufacturing, across containers, carton boxes, metal stamping and CNC machining. It took me into oil and gas in Miri, then project quality in construction at Pengerang.
Those experiences shape how I teach today: explain it clearly, connect it to the job, and let people practise. I want the operator, the engineer and the manager to understand how their work contributes.
Now, through ISOS SYSTEM PLT, I combine that foundation with training, consultancy, auditing and tools I build for real management-system work.
